Abstract

|
목적: 본 연구는 간호대학생의 조직사회화를 설명하는 관련 선행연구에 대한 문헌고찰을 기반으로 간호대학생의 조직사회화에 영향을 미치는 변인들 사이에 가설적 모형을 구축하고 모형의 타당성을 검증하였다.
방법: 자료 수집은 간호대학생 4학년을 대상으로 2019년 6월 18일부터 7월 28일까지 350부를 배부하여 320부를 회수하였으며, 미회수 30부와 응답이 불충분한 19부를 제외한 총 301부가 분석에 사용되었다. 자료 분석은 SPSS/WIN version 24.0과 AMOS versoin 24.0을 이용하여 분석하였다.
결과: 연구의 결과 연구모형의 최종모델 적합도는 χ2=522.672, df=284, p<0.001, CFI=0.91, TLI=0.90, IFI=0.91, RMR=0.03, RMSEA=0.05의 수치로 나타나, 최종모형은 충분히 수용 가능한 적합도인 것으로 나타났다. 간호대학생의 조직사회화에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 셀프리더십(

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to build a hypothetical model and verify the validity among variables that influence the organizational socialization of nursing students. Methods: Data collection was conducted from fourth year nursing students to whom questionnaires were distributed from June 18 to July 28, 2019. Of the questionnaires 320 were returned. Thirty questionnaires were not returned and 19 questionnaires with insufficient answers were excluded.
